Wow! This light is AWESOME! For as small as it is, it is SUPER BRIGHT. I
only need to use it on low setting for normal use. SOS doesn't exists,
just slow strobe. Maybe mine is defective? I don't know. I had a choice
between this one or another brand rated the same. I chose this for the
SOS strobe. To bad is doesn't work. It lists a free holster, but not
sure what the holster is, or where to find it. It only has the clip on
the side, as pictured. High will light up a small field. Compared to the
high beam of a car, it's brighter than most standard high beams for
lighting up a field. But up closer, it's more focused, so a car high
beam, on the side of the garage door is spread out more, and more
yellow. I have a 10,000,000 candle power spot light that is huge, and
this out performs it. Of course, the big light is just a car headlight
in a large portable device. This fits in my pocket, and is brighter.
Although, the instructions do say not to use it on high for prolonged
amounts of time. It does get a bit hot after a while on high. I
purchased the 18650 3000 mAh batteries for this. I would love to take
this camping.
I am so impressed with this flashlight. I did my research and found that
this was a good durable piece of equipment. I ordered it and was
suprised by its quality and construction. It is super bright. I have
always owned Mag-lights in the past but this dosnt hold a candle to it
(get the pun...) It has 4 settings, bright,dim,strobe and SOS. It works
well. The only down fall it takes a special 3.7 volt battery that you
just cant walk into your local store and purchase.
